Over the past three years, Maya Ko Sansar has consistently conducted various campaigns and programs, reaching thousands of community members, caregivers, local government representatives, and youth groups with important awareness messages. Our goal has been to change negative attitudes toward transgender people, sex workers, and the LGBTQIA+ community. Many local bodies have begun treating transgender and sex worker community members with respect, helping to improve their quality of life.
